The blade of the Nagare paring knife is forged out of two different steel-types (VG-10 & VG-2) with a hardness of HRC 61. Thanks to the innovative forging process "Dualcore" the Nagare paring knife shows an aesthetic blade pattern.
The Nagare paring knife has an elegant handle made out of grey Pakkawood, wich is water-resistant. The Nagare paring knife is a masterpiece of japanese craftsmanship and design: for this reason the Nagare-Series are destinguished with the German Design Award 2017 Special Mention.
