Dedication

Together with the brand Kai we support with great dedication young cooking talents like the Culinary Junior National team or the apprentices competition gusto – Kai invests part of the proceeds in the promotion of young chefs – but also famous cooking competitions like Bocuse d'Or. Until 2021, Kai was also the official supplier of the Swiss Culinary National team; from 2022, the knife manufacturer sknife is involved as supplier for this team.

This commitment was rewarded 2012 by the Swiss cooking association, which is the professional organisation of Swiss professional cooks, by awarding us with the title as honorary member. We are proud to participate as longterm partner in the mission to help the art of cooking and the culinary art to attract more interest.
